Coach Lee Green has been a leader in the youth basketball space since 2005, bringing nearly two decades of experience training and mentoring players at every level. With 20 years of coaching club basketball and over 10 years of high school coaching experience, Coach Green has built a reputation as one of the premier skill development coaches in the state of Texas.

As a high school coach, he led his teams to back-to-back state championships in Texas, cementing his ability to win at the highest levels of competition. Beyond team success, his player-first approach has helped 30+ athletes earn college basketball scholarships and impacted more than 1,000 players through the AAU and club basketball circuit.

Coach Green’s playing career includes competing at the Division I level for the University of North Texas. In high school, he was recognized as Player of the Year and an All-County Selection, experiences that shaped his understanding of the game and the work ethic it requires.

Today, Coach Green is known not only for his expertise but also for his attention to detail and ability to connect with players. Parents and athletes consistently rave about his ability to help players grow in confidence and play freely without fear of mistakes. His philosophy is simple: players should embrace the process, play with confidence, and trust their preparation.

This philosophy is deeply personal, he guided his own son to becoming an ESPN Top 100 player and earning a Division I scholarship at Texas A&M University.
